Waterbury Resident Says Winning $30,000 Prize "Feels Unreal"Scratching off the "30X Cash 9th Edition" ticket's barcode instead of playing out the game, row by row, Tracey Dickerson of Waterbury was completely unaware that any prize had been won.
"When the clerk scanned my ticket his eyes lit up—he was so happy for me. He handed me back my ticket with the ticket voucher and that's when I saw I won $30,000! It still feels unreal!" Tracey also said that she and her husband would like to buy a house with their lottery prize, and take their grand-daugher to Disney World. Considering today is Valentine's Day, that's pretty sweet!
